Location I'm based in Hilsea Portsmouth, there is parking & bus stops are near as are Hilsea & Cosham train stations. I work in a building at the end of my garden, it is very peaceful & quiet.
How many sessions will I need? This can vary, some people may have 6 or 12 sessions, others prefer much longer maybe a year or more, you probably will not know until you start counselling.
What will be expected of me? There are no expectations, the sessions are for you to explore your issues and hopefully together to make some sense of what's going on & find a way forward.
I don’t know if I could talk to you The first session should enable you to see if you feel counselling is for you.
